Contractor search service
AABiohazard provides phone-based search and connection assistance. Cleanup services are provided under a separate agreement between the caller and an independent contractor.
No guarantee of availability or outcome
Phone access is available 24/7, but contractor availability, timing, qualifications, pricing, scope, disposal practices, and results are not guaranteed. Information on this site does not promise service at every listed location.
Your contractor agreement
Before work, identify the contracting business and review its written scope, price, exclusions, change-order terms, payment obligations, insurance, and disposal plan. Payment responsibilities are determined by your contractor agreement, even if an insurance claim is submitted.
Emergencies and scene release
Call 911 for immediate danger, medical emergencies, suspected active crime, or an active drug lab. Do not disturb an investigative scene. Cleanup should wait until the appropriate authority releases the property.
